How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. All orders above $70 enjoy free shipping, worldwide.

How do I track my order?

Within 1-3 business days after placing your order, you will receive all tracking information per e-mail. Please note that all tracking will only be activated once the order has been received and processed by the carrier.

Do I need to pay additional customs or duties on my order?

Unless you are located in the EU, orders are shipped from the United States, so extra duties and taxes may apply, depending on your selected destination. Please note that Outhavn is not responsible for and does not refund these costs.

Which carriers do you ship with?

We work with all the best local carriers*. The majority of our international shipments are handed over to the local postal service for last-mile delivery, including but not limited to:

*The actual carrier will depend on your location.

Why can’t I track my order?

If you can’t track your order, it may be for several reasons: the tracking information is not yet available, the tracking number is incorrect, or there may be a delay in the tracking system updates.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to become available/updated after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you still face issues, contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Can I use two different methods of payment for a single purchase?

Currently, our website checkout process supports using only one card for payment, and we cannot accept multiple methods of payment for a single transaction. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

What is Outhavn's Return Policy?

At Outhavn, we aim to make returnsrefundsexchanges, and order cancellations more clear. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, please follow the guidelines below.

Items can be returned within 30 days of deliveryNo restocking fees are applied. Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval. If the return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted under specified conditions. All returns follow our Terms of Service.

How do I submit a return?

To start a return, contact info@outhavn.com with your order number and the reason for the return, then wait for approval before sending the item back. After approval, follow the instructions provided for packaging and the return address. The item should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

What items are not eligible for return?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and returns outside this period cannot be accepted. Returned items must be unused and unwashed, remain in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Customers are responsible for return shipping on items that are not defective. Items should be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

The return is showing as delivered; how soon will I get my refund?

You will receive email confirmation once the returned item is received and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval. Payment providers or banks may require additional time before releasing the funds.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details within 30 days of delivery. Submit your request by emailing info@outhavn.com with your order number and the item to be exchanged. The item must be unused and unwashed, remain in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. After review, you will receive instructions for returning the original item and obtaining the replacement.

Yes! All our products are unisex.

How does the vacuum system work?

The provided instructions outline a simple and efficient process for compressing clothes or belongings you want to compress.

  1. Pack your clothes or belongings inside the bag.
  2. Zip it closed securely
  3. Utilize the TravelAir™ Vacuum Air Pump to compress and vacuum-seal your items, ensuring maximum space efficiency.

Discounts & Promo Codes

How do I apply gift card / promo / discount codes?

To apply a gift card or promo or discount code, proceed to checkout and enter your code in the 'Discount Code' field. Click 'Apply' to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

Please note that some products might not be eligible for promotional codes.

My promo code isn’t working

The promo code you entered may not work due to an incorrect input (check that you have entered the right letters and numbers), specific conditions (like minimum spend or excluded products), or an expiry date. 

Please double-check that you are not trying to combine the discounted item with another promotion or discount, as only one discount code can be used per order. Additionally, ensure that the product related to the discount code has been added to your cart prior to applying the code.

Where do I get promo codes/discounts?

To get promo and discount codes, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter, check our homepage, and follow us on social media to get the latest deals. 

During certain sales, such as our anniversary sale, discounts are automatically applied on the website to eligible products. There's no need for a discount code; the discounted price is shown as you shop.

I forgot to add a promo code but already made a purchase.

If you forgot to apply a promo code at checkout, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, our team may be able to apply the promo code for you.

Buy X, Get Y Free

At Outhavn, we are excited to bring the best promotions to our customers. 

Please note: during special campaigns for our Ekster email community where products are Buy X, Get Y Free, when one (or more) of the items is returned, the refund will be based off the total order discount applied to all items in the order. 

For example, during a Buy One, Get One Free Promotion where:

Item A = $99

Item B = Free

If both Wallet A and B are returned, you will receive a $99 refund.

If only Wallet A or B are returned, you will receive a $49.50 refund.

Do you have a physical store?

At the moment, we do not have any physical stores. All our products are available for purchase through our website. If you need assistance with the online ordering process or have any other questions, our customer service team is here to help you.

How do I unsubscribe from email and SMS?
