Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Potential Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 5–9 business days, please allow up to an additional 2 business days for potential transit delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@outhavn.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@outhavn.com. Cancellations can generally be processed if the request is received before order processing begins.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation is no longer available. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted; you can request a return as listed in the Return and Refund Policy.
