What is Outhavn+?

Outhavn Plus is our members-only program where you can earn points for discounts on purchases, take part in exclusive sales, and get early access to our product launches.

How do I earn points?

You must be logged into your account to earn points. You earn points every time you shop with us, or by taking part in activities such as following us on social media or referring a friend. The number of points you earn depends on your Loyalty Tier, which is based on your total spend. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required spend. Points are earned automatically after every qualifying purchase.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your Outhavn+ Loyalty points, make sure you are logged into your account before you head to checkout. You will have the option at checkout to select the points you'd like to apply to your order, which will apply the discount to your total before you pay. Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

No, there is no limit. You can collect as many points as you like to redeem for discounts on Ekster purchases.

Do my points expire?

Yes, after 1 year. You have 365 days after the date you earned your points to redeem them before they expire. To check your points balance or redeem points, log into your Outhavn+ account at any time.

I am not seeing my points in My Account?

After completing an action in your account, such as signing up for our newsletter, points can take a couple of minutes to load into your account. When you've placed an order on Outhavn.com, you will not see the points from your order until it has been fulfilled from our warehouse and delivered to you. When referring a friend, please note that points will not be applied to your account until the referred friend has placed an order. Once they use your unique URL to place their order, you will receive the correct amount of points in your account. If you are not seeing points from your previous purchases on Outhavn.com, please reach out to our Support team via info@outhavn.com
