At Outhavn, we aim to make returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations more clear. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, please follow the guidelines below.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees are applied. Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval. If the return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted under specified conditions. All returns follow our Terms of Service.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@outhavn.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
